The pink Geneva Set of Kegel trainers offers 3 separate balls of graduated weights and sizes that allow you to work your way up as your muscles strengthen. Start with the lightest weight, and gradually increase the weight. Each ball has a silicone string attached for safe and easy removal once you’re done.
To train, squeeze and hold the ball inside the vagina for 2 seconds, in sets of 10 or 20. Work your way up to a 5-second hold, and then a 10-second hold, and then switch to a heavier weighted ball. For comfortable insertion, you can apply some water-based lubricant.
